The transfer deadline day in England, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, and many other countries across Europe was yesterday, and it was quite a big rush in the final minutes.

Many players across different nationalities, including Nigeria, completed last-minute transfers to different clubs yesterday.

But with the speed at which everything was happening, it would be very easy to miss out on one or two moves.

The parties had been in talks in for a few weeks, but the deal proceeded pretty slowly. Nonetheless, everything was finalized on September 1.

Chukwueze signed a season-long loan deal with an option to buy clause that could fetch the Rossoneri up to €26 million next summer.

2. Victor Boniface (Bayer Leverkusen to Werder Bremen)

Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface completed a season-long loan from Bayer Leverkusen to fellow Bundesliga club Werder Bremen on transfer deadline day.

Recall that the Nigerian's proposed transfer to AC Milan broke through two weeks ago as they were unsatisfied with his medical records.

Nonetheless, Werder Bremen, who were also linked to Super Eagles star Taiwo Awoniyi, were okay with it and signed Boniface in a loan transfer. The club will cover part of Boniface's wages this season.

3. Tolu Arokodare (Genk to Wolves)
