The BetKing app has excellent Customer Support options. When you tap ‘Help’ at the bottom of the app, a pop-up appears with four ways to reach them: in-app live chat, phone call, email and Facebook.

The team is said to be available 24/7, so we tested this by starting a live chat at midnight. We were first greeted by a bot, then quickly connected to a Customer Agent called Oluwatosin, who replied almost immediately.

The time stamps in the screenshots below show how fast the response was.

One thing we noticed was a screen adjustment issue when typing a complaint in the live chat. You have to readjust it each time before sending your message. This problem did not occur anywhere else in the app and the overall design was mobile-friendly.

The BetKing app includes an option to set up Face ID or Touch ID for logins, which, if working, would make sign-ins faster and more secure than entering a password.

In our test, we enabled it but couldn’t actually use it to log in, even after following the steps suggested by Customer Support. This is something to be aware of if you’re counting on biometric login for extra security.

Another thing we noted is that the app doesn’t log you out automatically after a period of inactivity, and there’s no visible auto-timeout feature. If you’re using the app on a shared device, you’ll need to remember to log out manually.

Responsible Gaming Tools

On the plus side, the BetKing app scores well for its Responsible Gaming options. You can set spend or loss limits for Casino play, which is great for sticking to your betting budget.

There are also tools to take a break, self-exclude, or close your account entirely, anytime you want.

All of these features make it easier to stay in control of your betting, and they’re easy to find via the white drop-down arrow in the top right corner of the app.

Having tested both the mobile app and the web version of BetKing extensively, we can say for sure that the app is our preferred option. It is easier to navigate, more responsive, loads faster, and is by far better to place bets with.

The mobile app also has the Face ID/Touch ID option, which makes logins more secure, even though it is currently not working on our device. Live betting is better on the app too, with faster updates and odds changes.

For Sports betting, the app is the clear winner. However, for Casino gaming, there isn’t much between them. Half of our team went for the app, while the others preferred the website.

In truth, both options work well and deliver a good betting experience.
