Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka has warned that the team is fully focused on getting all three points from their game against Rwanda on Saturday, Soccernet.ng reports.
Nigeria will lock horns with the Amavubi of Rwanada at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium on Saturday as they look to return to winning ways in the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
The Super Eagles have amassed a paltry seven points from their six qualifying games and even risk missing out if they drop points again or results from the other games in the group don't go their way

Nonetheless, even with the high stakes, Brentford midfielder Frank Onyeka has stated that he and his teammates are up to the task.
The feeling in camp is good. The players are ready,” Onyeka told NFF Comms.
We know how important the game is, so we are ready and we are doing everything possible to prepare for the game, mentally and every other way.

On paper, the Super Eagles are odds-on favourites to beat the Amavubi. But they have shown, time and again, that they can't be trusted.
Super Eagles' Job Made Tougher
Coming into the final set of games, Nigeria needed all the teams in their group to drop points to keep their hopes of qualification alive.

South Africa sat the summit of Group C with 13 points, and it would have made Nigeria's chances of qualifying more feasible if the Bafana Bafana dropped points against Lesotho.

However, South Africa played against Lesotho on Friday, and schooled them 3-0. The victory takes them to 16 points at the summit of Group C. And as it is, Nigeria's chances have gotten slimmer.
