Atalanta head coach, Gian Piero Gasperini has revealed he wasn't pleased with the first half performance of Super Eagles attacker, Ademola Lookman, in La Dea's 4-0 win against Monza during the weekend, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 27-year-old had been struggling to find the back of the net as he was without a goal since March, in a run that stretched across eight games.
Charles De Ketelaere's first half brace settled any early nerves for the 2024 UEFA Europa League winners before Lookman delivered his 14th league goal two minutes after the restart.

“De Ketelaere started really strong, he did very well. Lookman did well in the second half; I wasn’t too happy with him in the first.
“Carnesecchi was decisive a few times in the first half and also at the end. We can’t afford to lose focus: we’re very close to our goal, and we need the enthusiasm to keep flying and reach another important milestone. Wasting it due to lapses in concentration would be a real shame,” the Italian gaffer said in quotes revealed by Football Italia.
