Eight-time Olympic gold medalist, Usain St. Leo Bolt, has urged Manchester United to go all out for Super Eagles and Atalanta forward, Ademola Olajade Lookman, this summer, Soccernet.ng reports.

The 27-year-old has scored 19 goals and provided six assists in 38 games for La Dea across all competitions this season, and has been one of the most sought-after European stars after he helped Atalanta to a UEFA Europa League win about a year ago.

Bolt, who's an obvious Manchester United fan, admitted if he had the chance to sign any three players for the Red Devils, he'd go for Ademola Lookman, Cole Palmer and Viktor Gyokeres.

Bolt's beloved Manchester United have been domestically horrendous this season, although they're in the semi-final of the UEFA Europa League. Quizzed about the three players he'd love to see in a United jersey next season, the 200m specialist had a juicy pick.

“I'd go for the left winger from Atalanta. He's called Lookman. I've watched him throughout, and I think he's pretty good.

“I think I'll go for Cole Palmer as well. He has a good shot and he's class. Then I'll go for the striker from Sporting Lisbon. Viktor Gyokeres. Those are the three players I'll get for the summer,” the 38-year-old said in an interview with Bleacher Report.

Bolt is the world record holder in the 100 metres, 200 metres, and 4 × 100 metres relay (with the Jamaican sprint team). Following his retirement from Atheltics, he admitted he wished to play as a professional footballer, stating he'd love to play for Manchester United.

During that time, he trained with 2024 UEFA Champions League finalists, Borussia Dortmund as he transitioned into an entirely different sport.

On 21 August 2018, his 32nd birthday, Bolt started training with Australian football club, Central Coast Mariners of the A-League, making a friendly debut for the club as a substitute ten days later.

His admiration for Lookman means brings out his adept football knowledge as he admitted he's been watching the Nigerian star for a while.
