The 30-year-old who retired from international football after the biennial tournament in Egypt has not scored a goal for his club since May.
However, he ended his drought by finishing off Cao Yunding's cross and that ensured Shanghai Shenhua took all the three points.

But Ighalo ensured Shanghai Shenhua will take the victory as he scored his seventh league goal of the season. The win puts Shanghai in 11th position with 30 points, while Dalian Yifang are eighth with 34 points.
