That victory momentarily closed the gap to Barcelona to just one point, shifting the spotlight to the Blaugrana’s trip to San Mamés on Saturday.

​Athletic Club are notoriously difficult opponents, and the match proved to be a grueling affair. However, Barcelona managed to eke out a vital 1-0 win thanks to a moment of magic from their teenage sensation, Lamine Yamal.

​The young star sealed the points after latching onto a sublime pass from Pedri on the right wing. Cutting inside on his favored left foot, Yamal danced into the box and unleashed a trademark curling effort that left Unai Simón helpless.
