Portuguese giants Porto have developed a new training program for Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi to help him reach optimum performance levels quickly, Soccernet.ng reports.
Moffi made the loan switch from OGC Nice to Porto during the January transfer window after falling out with his former club.
When he made the move, it was expected that he would play a less prominent role, perhaps playing second fiddle to Samu Aghehowa.

However, the young Spanish striker suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during the week that will keep him out of action for the rest of the season.
Consequently, Moffi will have to play a more prominent role for the remainder of the campaign, as he and Deniz Gul are the only senior strikers in the first team.
Unfortunately for Moffi, although he has been training, he has not played a competitive football game since November 2025.

To get the Super Eagles star back to his best as soon as possible, Porto has arranged a unique training routine.
Terem Moffi's Unique Training Program at Porto
According to Portuguese outlet Abola, Porto has designed this specialized program to get him performing at an elite level.
This includes extra training sessions on the pitch and additional hours in the gym. However, the staff will pay special attention to managing his physical load to prevent injury.

Porto coach Francesco Farioli has worked with Moffi previously at Nice, so he understands how effective the Super Eagles star can be at his best.
The Dragons are still competing in Europe, having qualified for the Round of 16 in the Europa League.
They also sit comfortably at the top of the Portuguese Liga. Moffi will be hoping to deliver the goals necessary to ensure the club ends the campaign on a high note.
