According to Le Marca Sports, Napoli will call up Osimhen for their pre-season. Before that, he will undergo a medical examination at the club between July 14-15, as is customary for most clubs.

This means the Super Eagles star will play pre-season games with Napoli unless he gets a move before then.

Will Victor Osimhen still leave Napoli?

One thing is certain: Victor Osimhen wants to leave Napoli, with the Premier League seeming to be his most preferred destination.

However, the issue has been protracted, and it doesn't look like it will be resolved soon, as top European clubs in need of strikers don't seem to have Osimhen at the top of their list.

Nonetheless, things can change quickly in the transfer market. Osimhen will hope to get his transfer soon so he can adjust seamlessly to his new club before the start of the next season.
