Galatasaray supporters have taken to social media in large numbers to urge Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen to remain at the club beyond the current season, Soccernet.ng reports.

The 26-year-old moved away from the Diego Maradona Stadium—following a fallout with Napoli representatives—to join Galatasaray on a season-long loan.

However, the former LOSC Lille star has adjusted to life easily in Istanbul, scoring goals that have helped the Yellow-Reds sit comfortably at the top of the Super Lig table.

To keep enjoying the services of the Super Eagles striker, Gala fans launched the hashtag campaign #StayWithUsOsimhen on X (formerly Twitter), which quickly became a trending topic across Turkey.

The movement comes amid growing speculation over Osimhen’s future, with reports linking the forward with a potential switch to the Premier League.

However, Galatasaray faithful are hoping their public appeal can convince the Super Eagles’ second all-time goal scorer to continue his journey in Istanbul.

Per Turkish media outlet Sabah Spor, thousands of tweets have poured in under the hashtag, with fans sharing Osimhen’s impact since arriving at the club.

Osimhen has netted 33 goals and provided eight assists in 38 appearances for the Turkish giants, which has made him a fan favourite in his debut season.

With transfer talks reportedly ongoing behind the scenes, it has been made clear that there is no buyback clause in Osimhen’s transfer deal, which makes it more complicated for the Turkish side.
