Super Eagles forward, Victor Boniface, has sent a heartfelt message to compatriot Victor Osimhen after the Galatasaray striker clinched the 2024–25 Turkish Super Lig title, Soccernet.ng reports.
Osimhen, who joined the Istanbul giants on a season-long loan from Napoli, has been in hot form since arriving in Turkey.
Despite a turbulent fallout with the Napoli hierarchy, the Nigerian international quickly adapted to life at Rams Park, firing in 25 goals to top the Süper Lig scoring chart and help Okan Buruk's side lift the league title.

Reacting to the post, Bayer Leverkusen’s Boniface, who won the Bundesliga title with Xabi Alonso’s unbeaten side, reshared Osimhen’s post on his page with a powerful three-word message: “Nobody comes close.”
The message, while brief, spoke volumes about the bond shared between two top strikers of the Nigerian Super Eagles.
Boniface and Osimhen have grown close both on and off the pitch, frequently spotted together during Super Eagles games and other events off the pitch.
Last year, Boniface told Soccernet.ng how Osimhen had backed him to shine in Germany since his move from Union Saint-Gilloise:
“Shout out to [Victor] Osimhen because I remember when they [Napoli] won the league. He told me next year will be your turn and it’s happening now. Senior man, respect,” Boniface revealed.
As both stars continue to thrive in their respective European leagues, their camaraderie remains a shining example of unity and brotherhood within Nigerian football.
