Super Eagles forward, Victor Moses, has made a decisive stand regarding his future at Luton Town as he nears the end of his contract with the Kenilworth Road outfit, Soccernet.ng reports.
Reports per BSN confirm that the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner will leave the club at the end of the 2024/25 season.
Meanwhile, according to reports from Africa Foot, Moses and Luton Town have agreed not to extend the veteran winger’s contract, which expires on June 30, 2025.
The 34-year-old, who joined the club from Spartak Moscow in the summer of 2024, has been unable to make a significant impact on the field this season, scoring just once in 18 appearances.
The club is currently languishing near the bottom of the EFL Championship standings, with their survival in the division hanging in the balance.
Following recent discussions between Moses and the club’s hierarchy, per reports, it was mutually agreed that the winger will seek a new challenge once the current campaign concludes.
For Moses, who will turn 35 by December 2025, it is unknown if he will be hanging up his boot and saying his goodbyes to professional football or decide to continue to play till he gets tired of it.
With his departure now confirmed, attention will turn to what the next move for the Nigerian international will be.
