Nigerian stars Igoh Ogbu and Rafiu Durosinmi have hit new career highs in market valuation following standout performances in the Czech Liga, Soccernet.ng reports.

According to the latest Transfermarkt update, the Slavia Prague defender and Viktoria Plzen striker have both seen significant increases in their estimated worth.

Ogbu, who earned his first Super Eagles call-up during the last international break, is now valued at €10 million, marking a €2 million rise.

The former Flying Eagles centre-back is now Nigeria’s 16th most valuable player, the fourth most valuable in the Czech top flight, and third at Slavia Prague.

Remarkably, the 25-year-old only joined Slavia in January 2023 for just €2.5 million, but his commanding defensive displays have made him one of the league’s top assets.

Ogbu’s Slavia teammate, David Moses, has also enjoyed a sharp increase in value. Despite not registering a goal or assist since joining the club in January 2025, the 21-year-old Nigerian midfielder has seen his market worth double to €3 million.

Meanwhile, the most notable surge belongs to Durosinmi, who is now valued at €7 million following an impressive return from injury.

The 22-year-old striker, who missed over a year due to knee surgery, has been in scintillating form since his comeback in February.

He has netted seven goals and provided three assists in 13 appearances across all competitions, including two goals and two assists in the Europa League.

Rafiu Durosinmi (22, 2002) should be considered as a rogue choice for Alexander Isak backup at Newcastle United or Chris Wood backup at Forest.

His resurgence has reignited interest from top European clubs, with Serie A giants Lazio reportedly monitoring his progress ahead of the summer transfer window.

Durosinmi’s previous career-high valuation was €5 million, but his recent exploits have made him Plzen’s second most valuable player and the eighth most valuable in the Czech Liga.

While Ogbu, Durosinmi, and Moses have seen their stock rise, other Nigerians in the league have not been as fortunate. Sparta Prague’s Victor Olatunji remains valued at €3 million, while Slovan Liberec’s Ahmad Ghali is unchanged at €850,000.
