Egypt
It was a night of Nigerian brilliance in the Egyptian Premier League as youngsters Favour Akem and Tolulope Ojo combined to inspire El Gouna to a thrilling 3-2 away victory over Modern Sport at the Cairo International Stadium.
Modern Sport's Nigerian forward Fejiri Okenabirhie also made his mark with an assist for the hosts' second goal.

However, Akem and Ojo stole the headlines, each registering a goal and an assist to guide El Gouna to only their second away win of the season.
El Gouna took the lead in the 13th minute through a Mahmoud Rezk own goal, before Akem set up Ojo to double the advantage just before half-time.
Ojo returned the favour four minutes into the second half, laying on the assist for Akem to make it 3-0.
Modern Sport mounted a late fightback, with Ahmed Atef scoring twice – the second assisted by Okenabirhie – but El Gouna held on for a crucial win.

England
Super Eagles defender Ola Aina delivered a solid display at left-back as Nottingham Forest held Arsenal to a goalless draw at the City Ground in the Premier League.
Taiwo Awoniyi, returning from a broken nose injury, came off the bench in the 85th minute but could not add to his solitary league goal of the season.

Albania
Peter Itodo Mandela continued his fine scoring form in the Albanian Cup, netting in the fifth minute of stoppage time to seal Dinamo City's 2-0 away win over Skënderbeu Korçë in the second leg of the quarterfinals.
The result levelled the tie at 2-2 on aggregate, following Dinamo City's 2-0 home loss in the first leg.
Czech Republic
In the Czech Cup Round of 16, David Moses and Igoh Ogbu featured for Slavia Prague as they edged Táborsko 1-0 after extra time thanks to a Mojmír Chytil winner.
Ogbu came on as a second-half substitute to help secure Slavia's passage to the quarterfinals.
Malaysia
Three Nigerian players – Faith Obilor, Aremu Timothy, and Chidi Osuchukwu – featured for PDRM in their 2-1 defeat to Kuala Lumpur City in the Malaysian Super League.
While Obilor and Timothy started, Osuchukwu came off the bench to score PDRM's consolation goal.
Scotland
Cyriel Dessers was the hero for Rangers, scoring twice in ten minutes to inspire a 4-2 comeback win at Kilmarnock in Barry Ferguson's first game as interim manager.

Kilmarnock raced into a 2-0 lead inside 15 minutes through Joseph Wright and Brad Lyons.
However, Václav Černý pulled one back before halftime, paving the way for Dessers to turn the game on its head with a quickfire brace.
Bajrami sealed the victory with Rangers' fourth goal five minutes from time.
