OGC Nice has been monitoring the Super Eagles forwards throughout the winter transfer window.
Ligue 1 side, OGC Nice has submitted a new bid to sign Super Eagles forward,Terem Moffi from FC Lorient.
According to reports, The Eaglets tabled a bid of €24 M + bonuses to secure the signature of the Nigerian international.
Prior reports by soccernet.ng revealed that the Nigerian international has piqued the interest of some top European clubs with his outstanding performance.
The Super Eagles attacker has scored 12 goals in 18 domestic league appearances for Régis Le Bris’s men.
In recent weeks, this impressive stats has however caught the attention of OGC Nice, West Ham United, Southampton, Lyon, and Olympique Marseille who are looking to bolster their attacker with the Calabar born.
Transfer rumours revealed that Lorient still enjoys the company of the striker at Stade du Moustoir, and have rejected several bids from these clubs–including four bids from Nice despite the Nigerian agreeing a personal terms that includes 4 and a half year contract with a salary of €250,000 per month.
While The Gyms are quite persistent on luring the striker to Allianz Riviera, they have submitted another bid much closer to the demands of Lorient.
More reports however claim that a decisive meeting to sell or not sell the striker to Nice will be held on Monday, January 30, between the two clubs.
The attacker has not featured for Lorient since their 3-1 loss to Marseille.
