Record Turkish Super Lig winners Galatasaray have received a massive boost regarding Victor Osimhen ahead of their UCL opener against Eintracht Frankfurt, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 26-year-old striker suffered a bruised shin in Nigeria's 1-0 win against Rwanda at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, and travelled back to Turkey, missing the 1-1 draw against South Africa.
Osimhen has yet to feature for the Cim Bom Aslan since then, as he continues his journey to full recovery.

Victor Osimhen set to start against Frankfurt
Galatasaray travel to the Commerzbank Arena to take on German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt in their first UCL clash this season, and could have their star striker with them for the clash.
As per Harbeler, Victor Osimhen, who has an ankle injury, is ready to make sacrifices to play in the Champions League match against Eintracht Frankfurt. The former VfL Wolfsburg man wants to be on the field even if it requires an injection.

While the news might cast doubts over Osimhen's ability to feature against Die Adler, according to Medya Haber, the Nigerian forward will play against Frankfurt.
He will be in the starting lineup after he informed Coach Okan Buruk of his intention to play against the German side.
