The Super Eagles attacker has scored 12 goals in 18 domestic league appearances for Régis Le Bris’s men.

In recent weeks, this impressive stats has however caught the attention of OGC Nice, West Ham United, Southampton, Lyon, and Olympique Marseille who are looking to bolster their attacker with the Calabar born.

Transfer rumours revealed that Lorient still enjoys the company of the striker at Stade du Moustoir, and have rejected several bids from these clubs–including four bids from Nice despite the Nigerian agreeing a personal terms that includes 4 and a half year contract with a salary of €250,000 per month.

While The Gyms are quite persistent on luring the striker to Allianz Riviera, they have submitted another bid much closer to the demands of Lorient.
