The Nigeria U-17 girls will prepare for the tournament in India with 35 players in camp including an Arsenal player
The Flamingoes are expected to regroup for preparations for the 2022 U-17 World Cup in India with some notable members of the team that qualified for the tournament still retained.
Tolulope Adubiaro of Arsenal, Comfort Erhabor and Daniella Alali and Alima Alasse were the foreign players in the squad.
The Flamingos had defeated the Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt and Ethiopia to qualify for this year’s FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup, winning five of their six matches in the process and drawing one against Ethiopia in the final leg of the qualifiers.
The 7th FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup finals will be staged in India between 11th – 30th October 2022.
