Asisat Oshoala was a 73rd-minute substitute in Barcelona’s 5-1 whitewash of Wolfsburg in the first leg of their UEFA Women’s Champions League semifinal first leg.
The attacker came on as a substitute for one of the goalscorers, Jennifer Hermoso.
It was an important victory for the dominant Barcelona team as they defeated Wolfsburg for the first time in four meetings.
The Germans had become a bogey team of sort for the Spanish giants but with the recent strength shown by the Blaugrana, they made mincemeat of the former European champions.
A 3rd minute goal from Aitana Bonmati opened the floodgates as a Camp Nou attendance looked on.
