The 24-year-old has been turning heads at La Beaujoire-Louis Fonteneau since joining the Canaries on loan from Levante.
Simon has contributed 17 goals (nine goals and eight assists) in 30 appearances to the Yellow Canaries' cause this term.
His performances have marked him out as a massive bargain for Christian Gourcuff's team since his temporary switch from the Spanish top-flight outfit.
Nantes are keen to have Moses Simon remain at the club after the expiration of his season-long loan deal from Levante.
But Lyon and Rennes are believed to be monitoring the situation intending to steal in and snatch the former Genk star should negotiations hit a wall.
