The Super Eagles may have earned a respectable draw against Brazil, but it was not all good news after Francis Uzoho suffered a nasty injury in the encounter, and he has spoken for the first time.
The 20-year-old was taken off after landing awkwardly while trying to deal with a cross. Replays showed it could be a leg break, but the Cyprus based keeper has assured his fans that he will do everything to come back stronger.
He took to Twitter to give an update while also assuring his fans the injury will not dampen his spirit. The AC Omonia shotstopper said: A big thank you to you all 🙏🏽. I will be back stronger and better IN CHRIST ALONE.
