Nigeria’s Alex Iwobi has revealed the music stars who are on his Spotify mixtape, Soccernet.ng can confirm. The Nigerian international who joined the Blues from Arsenal on deadline day for a fee in the region of 40m pounds revealed he listens to a lot of music like many other footballers

After missing the first two league games for the Toffees, the 23-year-old has settled in quickly scoring his first two goals last week. The 2019 AFCON bronze medalist scored his first goal for the Toffees in their League Cup victory over Lincoln FC last Wednesday.  He made it two in as many games on Sunday when he headed in Everton’s second in their 3-2 win over Wolves.

His choice of music could have been the reason for his good start to the season. Like many other players, Iwobi also has a mixtape he listens to ahead of gameday.

The mixtape which has a lot of artist from different genre includes the likes of Hannah Montana, Mario, Celine Dion and many others.

Nigeria’s superstar, Wizkid is also not left out of the Spotify mixtape Iwobi created. However, he was the only Nigerian artist in the mixtape. The likes of Rick Ross, Cello are also some of the artists Iwobi listens to on his Spotify mixtape.

He is so foolish to post this. While foreigners are appreciating Nigerian music, he is there ranting nonsense. You want the whole world to believe that Nigeria has only one artist and others are riff-raff. Fool!
