FC Barcelona will be looking to put complacency aside and dispatch their opponents Hércules in their Copa del Rey Round of 32 second leg tie after the first leg ended 1-1 at the Rico Pérez.
Youngster Carles Aleña scored on his first team debut to hand Barça the draw, and the Cataláns won’t be looking down on their opponents on Wednesday as thwy need a win to qualify, Luis Enrique has named his squad for the tie at the Camp Nou and it’s really a second-string one.
As stated by Lucho days ago, the likes of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suárez won’t be available for the game as they’ve started their winter holidays, they all didn’t make the squad, making it almost a certainty that Arda-Alcacer-Rafinha will be the attacking trident tonight as all three features.
Defender Jeremy Mathieu is the only injured player hence he sits out the squad list. Goalkeeper Marc André Ter Stegen is given a rest which sees Jasper Cillessen and Jordi Masip called up.
Luis Enrique surprisingly didn’t call up any player from the B team as Barça can’t afford to lose this game.
