The number of players in the Super Eagles camp as at midday Tuesday stands at seventeen.
As at 07:00pm on Tuesday, November 10, only thirteen Super Eagles invitees had arrived the Bolton White Hotels and Apartments camp of the national team to begin preparations for the World Cup qualifying fixture with Swaziland in three days time. However, few hours later four other players joined.
Players in camp now includes John Obi Mikel, Elderson Echiejile, Kelechi Iheanacho, Ezekiel Bassey, Orji Okagbue, Odion Ighalo, Dele Alampasu, Carl Ikeme, Chima Akas, Austin Obaroakpo, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Jamiu Alimi, Paul Onobi, Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi, Sylvester Igboun and Godfrey Oboabona.
Therefore, the seven players still being expected at the Bolton White Apartments, Abuja are Obafemi Martins, Ahmed Musa, Abdullahi Shehu, Efe Ambrose, Eddy Onazi, Rabiu Ibrahim and Moses Simon.
The first leg of the World Cup qualifier against Swaziland takes place on Friday in Lobamba, while the return leg is at the Adokiye Amiesiamaka Stadium in Port Harcourt on Tuesday, November 17.
