According to the Daily Mail, West Ham are now being forced to fight off late competition from Tottenham Hotspur in their bid to sign Chelsea forward Victor Moses.
The report goes on to claim that Victor Moses, 24 has been told he can leave Stamford Bridge after failing to make an impression on boss Jose Mourinho.
Moses has reportedly been offered a new contract by the Chelsea as a sweetener to move on loan to West Ham with view to a permanent deal.
West Ham hoped to complete a season-long loan switch on Monday, but their move was complicated by Tottenham Hotspur renewed interest.[post_ad]
