Super Eagles defender, Efe Ambrose has disclosed that he doesn’t know anything concerning move linking him to German club, Bayer Leverkusen.
According to media report, Leverkusen are ready to splash the sum of £1.5 million on the Celtic defender but the Super Eagles star stated that he has not been informed about any interest by his agent. Speaking to reporters on the transfer rumour, Ambrose said: “I have also read about this interest, but I have not heard anything on this frommy agent.”
Ambrose joined the Celtic squad in Slovenia on a training tour under new manager Brendan Rodgerson Monday and subsequently played 70 minutes ina test game on Wednesday. He is expected to feature in another pre-season game on Saturday for the Scottish champions.
