Super Eagles striker Rafiu Durosinmi has completed a permanent transfer from Italian club Pisa to Belgian side KRC Genk, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 23-year-old striker joined Pisa from Czech club Viktoria Plzeň in January, but his spell in Italy proved disappointing as the club suffered relegation following a poor campaign.
Throughout the summer transfer window, Durosinmi's future has been a major talking point, with several clubs expressing interest in his services.
Genk and Turkish side Trabzonspor emerged as the leading contenders for his signature.
The Belgian outfit has been searching for a long-term replacement for Tolu Arokodare, who left the club last summer, while Trabzonspor have also been in the market for a new striker with Paul Onuachu's departure appearing increasingly likely.
However, Genk have won the race for the Super Eagles forward. The Belgian club officially confirmed the signing on Thursday through its website and social media platforms.

Details of Rafiu Durosinmi's Move to Genk
Genk paid Pisa €10.5 million to secure Durosinmi's signature. The fee is €3.5 million above his reported market value and represents the most expensive transfer in the club's history, underlining just how highly they rate the Nigerian striker.
Durosinmi has signed a four-year contract that will keep him at Genk until the summer of 2030.
The striker joins a distinguished list of Nigerians to have represented the Belgian club, including Paul Onuachu, Tolu Arokodare, Cyriel Dessers, Yira Sor, Wilfred Ndidi, and Sunday Oliseh.
Genk will be hoping Durosinmi can rediscover the impressive form he displayed at Viktoria Plzeň and deliver consistent performances as they aim to wrest the Jupiler Pro League title from Club Brugge.
Following the completion of his transfer, Durosinmi is expected to link up with his new teammates later this week.
