Scottish midfielder Scott McTominay has displaced Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu to become the player with the highest bicycle kick in football history.
During the just-concluded international break, Scotland qualified for their first FIFA World Cup since 1998 after a dramatic 4-2 win over Denmark in Glasgow.
The game was 2-2 until the 92nd minute, but goals from Kieran Tierney and Kenny McLean ensured that the Tartan Army won the tie.
However, before all the stoppage-time madness, McTominay's third-minute goal for Scotland was the biggest talking point, as the Napoli man scored a proper worldie.
He scored with an overhead kick technique, off a cross from Ben Gannon-Doak.

According to Score 90, McTominay's overhead kick was measured to have been at 2.53 meters. For context, McTominay's listed height is 1.91 meters. So he had to jump an extra 0.62 meters to reach that height.
The Napoli star's goal means that he has displaced Super Eagles striker Onuachu's record for the highest bicycle kick in football history.
Onuachu's strike came against Fatih Katagumruk in the Turkish Super Lig last year, and it was measured at 2.41 meters.

He achieved it in a UEFA Champions League game between Real Madrid and Juventus in 2018. His striker was measured to be from 2.38 meters.
However, with Onuachu and Scott McTominay scoring from higher heights, Ronaldo has now dropped to third in the ranking.
