Super Eagles and Bayer 04 Leverkusen attacker, Nathan Temitayo Tella, has backed Germany superstar, Florian Richard Wirtz, to make his big move to Liverpool this summer, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 22-year-old versatile attacker has been improving in leaps and bounds for Die Werkself since making his debut in 2020, becoming the club's youngest debutant at 17 years and 15 days old, breaking Kai Havertz's record.
Wirtz, alongside Nathan Tella and Victor Boniface, was a part of the Leverkusen team that won the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal double last season, whilst going on an invincible domestic run.

With Xabi Alonso and Jeremie Frimpong leaving, Wirtz's imminent exit means another important member of the Bundesliga-winning squad departs, but Nathan Tella wished his teammate well, revealing his support will be with him always.
“As a player, he's brilliant. You know, I've worked with him for the last two years, and it's like each day I could just see this guy is unbelievable.
“It's no surprise he has a lot of interest in him because he's a brilliant player, but we trust that the club will make the right decision, and he'll make the right decision, and as a friend, I hope he's also happy with whatever decision he makes, but we will support him regardless,” the former Southampton winger said in an interview with TalkSPORT.
Meanwhile, Nathan Tella is currently on International duty with the Super Eagles of Nigeria, and will be hoping to be involved in the Unity Cup final tomorrow, when Eric Chelle's side lock horns against Jamaica.
