Super Eagles defender Ola Aina will have his contract with the English Premier League contenders, Nottingham Forest, expire in the summer of 2025, Soccernet.ng reports.
The Nigeria international, who joined the Tricky Trees in 2023, renewed his contract with the club on May 21, 2024, to extend his stay at the City Ground for another year.
Meanwhile, the Reds are currently on an impressive run of form with 47 points and are nine points behind table-toppers Liverpool. With this form, Ola Aina has played a key role both at the heart of Forest's defence and in the attack.

This season alone, Ola Aina has scored two goals and provided an assist as a defender. The goals were part of Nottingham Forest's victories against West Ham United and Brentford FC.

“On Ola’s contract, no, I don’t think there’s an issue with that. They [Ola Aina, Murillo, and Chris Wood] are working very well. Things are going well.
