Report: Chelsea-linked midfielder named in Super Eagles’ World Cup qualifiers squad

Getafe midfielder Christantus Uche has reportedly been included in Nigeria’s squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe next month, Soccernet.ng reports.

Reports circulating in Nigerian media suggest that the new head coach of the Super Eagles, Eric Chelle, has named Uche among the invited players as he looks to strengthen his squad for the crucial fixtures.
