Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly preparing a January transfer bid for Galatasaray's star striker, Victor Osimhen, as the Ligue 1 champions aim to bolster their squad ahead of the second half of the season, Soccernet.ng understands.
Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli last summer, has been in scintillating form in Turkey.
The Nigerian international has delivered consistently, contributing goals and assists that have propelled Galatasaray to the top of the Süper Lig and solidified their status as Europa League contenders.
PSG’s admiration for Osimhen is well-documented.
The Parisian club reportedly tabled a €100 million bid last year following the 25-year-old's heroics in guiding Napoli to their first Serie A title in 33 years.
However, Napoli rejected the offer, prompting PSG to consider other options.
Last summer, PSG were again linked with Osimhen as they sought a replacement for Kylian Mbappé, who joined Real Madrid. Still, Napoli’s steep valuation deterred the French giants.
