Edna Imade scored two fine headers on either side of the halftime break to fire Granada to a convincing 3-0 victory over Sevilla in the Primera División Femenina.
The 24-year-old Imade now boasts five goals in eight league appearances for Granada, the same number of goals that Rasheedat Ajibade has managed for Atletico Madrid.
Only the Barcelona duo of Alexia Putellas (7 goals) and Ewa Pajor (9) have scored more in the division.
Italy
Ademola Lookman stole the headlines as he bagged a brilliant brace – one with his left foot and the other with his right – to lead Atalanta to a commanding 3-0 Serie A victory over league leaders Napoli.
Lookman has now registered six goals and four assists in the Serie A this season. And according to OptaPaolo, he is now the Serie A player that has the most goals in 2024 across all competitions: 27, for Atalanta (16 goals, 11 assists).
In the Serie C, exciting young forward Alvin Okoro netted his third league goal of the campaign to power Vis Pesaro to a slim 1-0 win at home to Pescara.
Belgium
Tolu Arokodare assisted one of Genk's goals in the Smurfs' impressive 2-0 victory against Antwerp in the Belgian First Division A.
Victor Udoh, 20, was a second-half substitute for Genk as Thorsten Fink's men extended their lead at the top of the table to seven points.
Hungary
Bright Edomwonyi shone like a million stars at the Paksi FC Stadion as he assisted two goals and scored one to lift Diósgyőr to a thrilling 3-4 away win over Paks in the Hungarian NB I.
The former Salzburg forward created Diósgyőr's first and third goals and smashed home his side's second as coach Vladimir Radenkovič's men secured their fifth win of the campaign.
Portugal
Babatunde Akinsola contributed a goal and an assist as his AVS stumbled to a 2-3 home defeat to visiting Famalicão in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.
Akinsola laid on the ball for Vasco Lopes to curl home the game's opening goal in the 6th minute.
The Lagos-born forward then headed home his side's equaliser to make it 2-2 in the 30th minute after Famalicão had struck twice in quick succession.
Famalicão midfielder Gil Dias settled the clash with a 77th-minute winner.
Norway
Tebo Uchenna turned from villain to hero following his winning goal during Sarpsborg 08's 2-1 away win at KFUM in the Eliteserien.
Uchenna deflected a cross into his own net to give KFUM the advantage in the 31st minute.
However, after Stefan Johansen equalised from the penalty spot, Uchenna atoned for his earlier error with a brilliant header for the visitors' winning goal in the 81st minute.
