And according to OptaPaolo, he is now the Serie A player that has the most goals in 2024 across all competitions: 27, for Atalanta (16 goals, 11 assists). For context, the Serie A has many top attackers like Romelu Lukaku, Paulo Dybala, Lautaro Martinez, Dusan Vlahovic, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Atalanta's victory ensured that they leapfrog Inter Milan and Juventus to second place. However, the Nerazzurri still have a game in hand.
