Social media influencer Freedom Atsepoyi has called out Super Eagles and Napoli forward Victor Osimhen in a trending video, Soccernet.ng reports.
The show promoter revealed that he corrected the Chelsea-linked star for his outburst on former Super Eagles legend Finidi George and was blocked afterward.
The 25-year-old striker has found himself as the subject of debate over his online rant about Finidi, who reportedly claimed the Napoli attacker faked his injury to avoid playing for the Nigerian Super Eagles.
Osimhen Slams Finidi George
Osimhen’s recent social media outburst directed at the former Ajax forward has sparked significant interest within Nigerian football circles.
The incident arose following accusations that Osimhen faked an injury before the Super Eagles’ 2026 World Cup qualifying matches against South Africa and Benin Republic.
Allegedly, Finidi was quoted as saying he wouldn’t plead with a player to represent the national team, to which Osimhen responded via Instagram Live, addressing the allegations and also making derogatory remarks aimed at his purported Super Eagles coach.

Like a section of the Nigerian football community, Jollof believes the Nigerian star, linked with an exit from Napoli, should tender an apology to the former Enyimba FC manager.
Osimhen Blocks Jollof
Mr. Jollof revealed that after cautioning Osimhen, the Napoli forward took action by blocking him on his social media page.
This has therefore sparked a trending video where Jollof blasted Osimhen for blocking him, revealing he is not affected by the action.
In the caption of the video, Jollof made demeaning remarks about the CAF Player of the Year, suggesting he is just a one-time star.
“One-season wonder player Victor Osimhen blocked me on Instagram. I no Dey support who Dey act crazy! Well, I don’t need him to go anywhere in life,” he wrote.
Speaking in the video, Jollof described the situation to his fans, asserting that he has never relied on Osimhen for favors, implying that being blocked by him would have no impact on him whatsoever.
Jollof said in Pidgin-English: “So if you didn’t like the way I corrected you, you no fit say, ah Jollof the way you reason this matter no be the way they dey reason the matter, see wetin sup o. But even if the way you want to explain am give me.
“I senior you by 12 years. You feel that if you block me I go die? Have I benefited anything from you? I have never asked you for anything, I don’t need anything from you.”
