The plight of Super Eagles attacker, Samuel Chukwueze, at AC Milan has sparked debates among fans and the media, as reported by Soccernet.ng.

Once touted as a promising talent, Chukwueze's move from Villarreal to Milan raised eyebrows and became a frequent figure on the bench, often playing second fiddle to Christian Pulisic.

Comparisons to past Nigerian players at Milan, like Taribo West and Taiye Taiwo, prompt questions about the challenges faced by Nigerians at the club.

Some attribute Chukwueze's difficulties to the demanding nature of playing for such a prestigious club, suggesting that he has struggled to live up to expectations with minimal contributions in terms of assists or goals.

While tactical differences and cultural adjustments may also be factors, Milan's storied history and lofty standards add pressure on players like Chukwueze to perform.

With just one assist in 15 league appearances for Milan, Chukwueze's lackluster performance may raise concerns for the club's board.

Ultimately, time will tell whether Chukwueze can overcome his struggles and make a meaningful impact at Milan or a move to another club will solve is issue.

In the meantime, fans and observers alike can only speculate and hope for the best as the young Nigerian winger navigates through this challenging phase of his career.
