Transfer expert narrows Osimhen’s summer destination down to two clubs

Italian transfer expert, Luca Marchetti has hinted at Victor Osimhen’s possible destination this summer despite the striker signing a new contract only a few months ago, Soccernet.ng reports.

The 25-year-old striker struggled to replicate the form he hit last season with injuries playing a huge part in the decline of his goalscoring numbers.

The former Lille man has had a hand in seventeen goals for the defending Italian Champions in twenty-four outings with the club in all competitions.

Osimhen has been linked with a move away from the Estadio Diego Maradona and has a €120m release clause in his recently signed contract. Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal and Paris Saint-German have all been linked with the former VFL Wolfsburg man as they look to bolster their attack.

Speaking with Radio Marte on Spazionapoli, the Sky expert revealed their likeliest club to sign Osimhen based on their financial abilities.

“If a club is interested in signing Osimhen and knows that Napoli can hardly pay a salary of 10 million, does it offer 110 or 120 million? This is why playing roles or negotiations is important. I believe that today Osimhen could be worth around €100 million; few teams can afford him but these teams might need a striker. I’m talking about Chelsea, PSG and there could be some other surprise team,” Luca Marchetti said.

Osimhen has returned to Napoli’s training after an injury kept him out of their draw against league leaders, Inter Milan.

Victor Osimhen should never sign for Chelsea and shouldn’t be thinking of going back to France.
He should be thinking of Real Madrid or Arsenal

Victor is a potent striker no doubt, but leaving for a club not currently doing well will definitely bring him more down. Chelsea no, PSG, no but Arsenal yes. the nations cup outcome is as a result of playing with bad midfielders. Victor, the best striker in Nigeria should be managed with caution to avoid destroying his potentials. l don’t pray victor oshemhen should go to man u or the like, gaints in paper. Madrid is there, Barcelona is there, man city too. these clubs will definitely continued him, l love him.
