The Partenopeans started the second half well, and they eventually got the lead in the 64th minute, and it was Osimhen who came through. The 24-year-old striker won a penalty after he was manhandled in the box. He made no mistake from close range, dispatching comfortably from the spot to make it 1-0 for the Partenopeans. It was also his 26th goal of the season.
Osimhen was taken off in the 76th minute and replaced by Giovanni Simeone, who later doubled Napoli's lead in the 87th minute.
