Boniface, Okereke, Onyekuru and others light up National Stadium Surulere despite being omitted by Peseiro

The omitted Nigerian stars have clearly communicated that they are ready to step up and contribute whenever called upon

2022-23 Europa League top scorer, Victor Boniface, Cremonese forward, David Okereke, and others have been spotted in a picture after a training session, soccernet.ng reports.

According to report, the uninvited Super Eagles players took time out from their holiday schedules to train together at the Legacy Pitch of the National Stadium, Surulere.

While the invited 23 players were preparing for the upcoming AFCON qualifier against Sierra Leone at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, these uninvited players demonstrated their commitment and love for the game.

The atmosphere was filled with anticipation, and the uninvited players did not disappoint, showcasing great flashes of brilliance on the field.

There’s a new reawakening in the african mindset right now, the players are fully committed to do their best for motherland. What is missing is the cohesion tactics which I hope the technical crews should sort it out

The cohesion tactics will start from indigenous coaches. Senegal has started it
