Michael shed light on the situation, stating, “He's just finished a brilliant season with NK Celje in the Slovenian top division, in which he scored 9 goals and 5 assists. He's enjoying a well-deserved rest right now. There is nothing more to it.”

Regarding the transfer speculation linking the player with AC Milan, Michael clarified, “Well, it's a rumour. Nothing concrete yet. He performed admirably in the previous season, so it's expected that there will be various news stories about him. It's normal, and I also hope the rumour becomes a reality.”
