After his outstanding play for Gent this season, Gift Orban has caught the attention of various European clubs

The Nigerian player, who has been on fire lately, expressed his desire to play in the English Premier League, which attracted the interest of certain European clubs that are keeping a close eye on him.
If Orban leaves the Ghelamco Arena during the next summer transfer window, the Buffalo’s are vigilantly keeping tabs on his fellow countryman Wale Musa Alli as a possible replacement.
The Nigerian is also on the want lists of KV Kortrijk, STVV, and the Ghent-based club, according to Sacha Tavolieri.

The attacker journeyed through Estonia and Austria last summer before arriving in the Czech Republic, where his market worth is estimated at $500,000.
At Zbrojovka Brno, where he has a contract until 2024, Alli has so far registered three goals and six assists this season. If rumours are to be heeded, he might become the next Nigerian star on Belgian pitches.
Orban, who transferred from Stabaek Fotball to the Belgian team at the very last minute of the January transfer window for an estimated sum of €3.30 million, has so far scored 14 goals in 11 games for the team.
Even if the youngster’s fate is still uncertain, this outstanding performance, which has attracted interest from clubs competing for his signing, could provide Gent with a busy summer if Michel Louwagie and the Gent board cannot resist the temptation of selling the Nigerian.
