The Biancocelesti often have to take a different shape whenever Immobile is unavailable, but the club is looking to get another striker
Italian Serie A side Lazio are targeting Super Eagles striker Isaac Success as a backup for talismanic striker Ciro Immobile.
Success has had a topsy-turvy career since his heroics at the 2013 Under-17 World Cup where he scored twice in two games for Nigeria.
The Super Eagles forward had stints at Granada, Malaga, and Watford. Unfortunately, he was unable to cut it due to constant injuries.
Success joined Udinese last season, and he has been impressive so far. The Benin City-born forward has registered four goals and 13 assists in 41 appearances for Udinese.
His performances seem to have caught the eye of Serie A big boys Lazio, as reports from Napoli Magazine suggest that they may swoop in for him as a backup for Immobile.
Immobile has been consistent for the Biancocelesti, netting 189 goals across the last seven seasons. However, Udinese lack a proper backup striker.
Success can function as a top striker, and he also operates from the wings. He is currently valued at €4million as per Transfermarkt.
