Simba, who are currently second in the Tanzanian top-flight, announced the deal on their Twitter page. The 27-year-old has been brought in to fuel Simba’s title challenge and help them reach the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League.
Lokosa has been without a club since he was deemed surplus to requirements at his former club, Esperance de Tunis.
The Nigerian left the Tunisian club in July and has been looking for a new team since. The move to Simba offers him a chance to get his career back on track.
He could make his debut for the club when they take on Gwambina FC on Saturday.
