The Super Eagles target gave a man of the match performance as Crystal Palace thrashed Leeds United in their Premier League encounter at Selhurst Park
Eberechi Eze opened his goal account for Crystal Palace as the Eagles secured an emphatic 4-1 victory over newly-promoted Leeds United.
Eze joined Palace from QPR in the summer, but until today, it has been a slow start to life at Selhurst Park for the 22-year-old. The former Wycombe player, however, delivered his best performance yet in the win over Marcelo Bielsa’s men.
Eze scored and provided an assist while he also made two key passes. The former QPR star also had an 87% pass accuracy and two successful dribbles.
Palace took the lead in the 12th minute through Scott Dann, who headed home from an Eze corner. Eze then doubled the Eagles lead ten minutes later courtesy of a sumptuous freekick.

Leeds pulled one back through Patrick Bamford, who earlier had a goal chalked off before Eze’s strike. However, Palace restored their two-goal lead three minutes from the break courtesy of a Helder Costa own goal.
Jordan Ayew’s strike in the 70th minute made the scoreline more comprehensive as Roy Hodgson’s men moved up to sixth on the table with 13 points from eight games.
