The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), World governing body (FIFA), Chelsea and Wigan Athletic have extended congratulatory messages to former Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses as he adds another year today.
The Nigerian international was an integral part of the senior national team that won the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa and played another key role in Super Eagles qualification for the 2014 and 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Moses made his Super Eagles debut in 2012 and retired from the national team in 2018 after making 38 appearances and scoring 12 goals.
He scored two crucial penalties as Super Eagles beat Ethiopia 2-0 in their last group game at the 2013 AFCON and qualify for the quarter-final.
Known for his darting runs and dribble skills, Moses also won the Europa League, Premier League and FA Cup with Chelsea. He was pivotal under former Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte in the 3-4-3 formation that saw him play 40 games in all competitions.
