After selling Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan, Manchester United are reportedly resigned to losing another first team striker to the Italian giants following Alexis Sanchez’s request to let him leave.
Inter Milan have stepped up their bid to sign the Chilean forward on loan after their pursuit of Edin Dzeko ended with the Roma striker committing his future to the club, Soccernet understands.
Skysports reporter Fabrizio Romano has confirmed on his Twitter account that the San Siro landlords have opens talks with the Red Devils over the details of a loan move with an option to buy outright next season for €15M.

The former Arsenal forward is reportedly in favour of the deal and has asked the club and boss Solskjaer to sanction the transfer.
It is however unlikely that Ole will let Sanchez leave after the United manager, a few days ago, talked about the possibility of the striker playing a big part of his side’s campaign.
“Alexis is such a professional,” began Solskjaer. “He comes in every single day, working really hard, and he wants to be a part of this. Of course, there have been [media] stories again, [saying] that he has been put in the Reserves. Of course he hasn’t!
“He’s part of our squad and he’s a very, very good player. He’s just had a couple of weeks, three weeks now, so he’s a few weeks behind the rest, but he’s very close to being part of it.”
