Real Madrid keen on bringing Hazard to spain

Real Madrid will not pay more than €110m for Eden Hazard's signature in the summer but they're confident that the uncertainty surrounding Maurizio Sarri's future will help grease the wheels over a move to the Santiago Bernabéu.

The reigning European champions have had Hazard on their radar for a number of years and he had always been touted as a potential replacement to Cristiano Ronaldo, but Los Blancos instead opted to invest in youth with the Portugal international left for Turin last year.

Things could change at the end of this season, however, as The Mirror claim the uncertainty over Sarri's future at Chelsea has been a boost in the Real Madrid camp.

Senior players within the Chelsea dressing room are reportedly turning against Sarri following three defeats in their last four Premier League games, as well as complaining about being burdened with tactical information.

While unrest in west London is good news for Real Madrid, ABC claims that the club have told Chelsea they aren't willing to spend more than €110m on Hazard at the end of the season.

That is because the Belgium international will be entering the final year of his contract and they're looking to complete a similar deal which saw Thibaut Courtois move to the Spanish capital last year.

If Real Madrid are forced to pay their highest offer then Hazard will become the Premier League's second most expensive export of all time.

Only two transfers away from the UK have ever hit the €100m mark, with Gareth Bale (€101m) and Philippe Coutinho (€135m) breaking the top flight's record had previously been held by Cristiano Ronaldo.
