Ex-international, Dosu Joseph has called on the technical crew of the Super Eagles led by Gernot Rohr to avoid making ‘silly' mistakes in team selection if Nigeria must qualify ahead of Argentina.
The Atlanta Olympic Gold medalist told Soccernet.com.ng that Rohr must maintain a balance in the team in order to beat an Argentina side that appears weak.
“This is one match the Super Eagles must put in their efforts to win if they are to qualify to the round of 16 of the World Cup,” Dosu told Soccernet.com.ng.
“At least, it was good news that Argentina lost to Croatia which gives Nigeria and Croatia an opportunity to make it through from the group except the unexpected happens.
“However, I am more worried about Rohr's selection; something that could define whether Nigeria will qualify if he plays the wrong players.”
