El Mundo Deportivo says Liverpool,Arsenal and Tottenham are all interested in signing Barcelona midfielder Rafinha.
Last season, the Brazilian started just18 games for the club and has struggled to shine at the Nou Camp.
Liverpool, particularly, are willing to offer between £26.8m (€30m) and £35.8m (€40m) to secure a deal.
