Sky Sports saysChelsea will battle Real Madrid and Barcelona for the services of highly-rated Nice defender Sarr.
The 18-year-old is attracting interest from the trio.
Sarr was born in Nice and has been with the club from the age of five.
He played 31 times last season as Nice finished third in Ligue 1.
